Michael has been an entrepreneur for more than 35 years. He first became involved in the spa industry in 1980, and then opened an award-winning day spa with Ilona in 1983. In 1988, he founded Aesthetics Complete Inc. after recognizing how hard it was to provide high-quality materials and education for his own spa

After running two successful businesses for nearly 20 years—a day spa and a spa distribution company—and talking to thousands of spa professionals, he is an expert at knowing exactly what spa owners, employees and clients need to grow a thriving business.

Aside from consulting on spa layouts, Michael’s engineering background allows him to be the foremost expert on equipment in the spa industry today. He knows the equipment inside-out therefore can diagnose and even assist clients in fixing their problems over the phone.

Ilona is an innovator in the holistic approach to skin and body care. In 1980, she became a certified professional in skin care, and continued earning certifications in lymph drainage, aromatherapy, hydrotherapy, nutrition, reflexology, shiatsu, reiki and body treatments. During the day, she gained working experience at a spa. At night she made public appearances to promote the importance of preventative, holistic and aesthetic well-being. In the meantime, she juggled work and family-life and raised two daughters.

In 1983, she founded a highly successful, well-known and respected day spa on the Main Line in Pennsylvania. While running the spa, Ilona worked alongside the therapists and gained understanding about what the clients, spa owners and workers all need in order to have a successful day spa. In 1990, she also became the educator for Aesthetics Complete Inc.

In May of 2007, Ilona took the spa concept to the next level by opening her next award-winning day spa, Harmonia Healing Arts Spa in Wayne, Pennsylvania. Harmonia’s results-oriented spa treatments and healing modalities like acupuncture, yoga, qigong and hydrotherapy, combine ancient wisdom with new technologies for maximum results.

With over 28 years working and 18 years training experience, Ilona continues to inspire spa therapists all over the Northeast and Midwest.

Ilona has been featured in many national magazines, trade publications, newspapers and TV programs including: Vogue, Allure, the New York Times, Good Morning America, Fox After Breakfast, NBC News, ABC News, Dermascope, Day Spa Magazine, Healing Arts Guide, Philadelphia Magazine, Main Line Today, Main Line Life, Main Line Times, Wayne Suburban and WWDB talk radio station in Philadelphia.

Denise grew up in the spa industry. Since her family worked in every level of the spa field, she spent summers off from high school attending professional trade shows, helping out at their day spa and partaking in the regular discussions about skin care, body care, health and well-being at home. Little did she know how deeply these experiences would affect her.

After graduating college, Denise spent nearly 10 years marketing major media companies like Newsweek, USA TODAY and Metropolis Magazine, where she reached the level of marketing director. Her experience extends from creating and fulfilling customized marketing programs to developing national PR efforts to designing and executing large-scale events.

In 2006, Denise returned to her roots within the spa industry and joined Aesthetics Complete. Her background in the spa business combined with her marketing experience enables her to help Aesthetics Complete’s clients reach their own marketing goals.

Christina started designing clothing patterns at age 5. Recognizing her talents, her parents gave her a full-sized sewing machine two years later as a Christmas present. This gift marked the beginning of her creative journey to enhance a person's total appearance.

For more than 26 years, Christina has been a professional in the skincare and cosmetics industries. She completed a degree in Fashion Design in 1984, obtained her Esthetician’s License in 1994 and has worked with numerous high-end skincare and makeup lines.

In 2001, Christina was selected as a Regional Artist for Smashbox Cosmetics and worked at national events including the "Concert for NYC" in 2001 where she did makeup for Paul McCartney and John Mellencamp. Additionally, Christina has owned and run her own consignment and cosmetic boutiques which have been featured in Lucky Magazine, Philadelphia Magazine, Fox News and Good Day Morning Show.

Aesthetics Complete is lucky to have Christina, who joined the team in 2008. She readily shares her knowledge and enthusiasm and skillfully guides clients to the best solution for their skin and body care needs.
